"We had to wait in line a bit before we got a seat but it was totally worth it! The owner was so nice, she explained everything and was very helpful. The food was the best that I’ve had over the 3 weeks that I’ve spend in Mexico. Other than that the ambiance was great, the girls in the kitchen that cooked the great food were dancing and laughing which was so lovely to see. I would really recommend to go to this place!!"

"I’ve been in this region of Mexico for almost a month now, eating out nearly every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and this place easily makes my top five favorite restaurants. The food is simple, tasty, effective, clean, wholesome, and truly authentic Mexican. It is such a unique experience to have quesadillas as the main focus, yet there is so much variety that you completely forget it is just one category of food. Every dish feels thoughtful and full of flavor. Even the homemade soft drinks were delicious, and we finished with a lemon dessert that was absolutely perfect. João was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain every dish to us. We laughed the whole time and left with big smiles on our faces. If we were not leaving tomorrow, we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended and a place I would happily return to on my next visit."
